In this highly competitive era, our institution is dedicated to providing assistance and guidance to the students in getting employment in the industries. A fully developed training and placement cell of the Institution is regularly interacting with various industries to identify the summer training, maintains a regular correspondence with the executives of corporate world with an objective to provide assistance and guidance to their students in getting training and suitable employment.

There are some high profile industries and organizations, where our students have gone under vocational and summer training programs.

A placement committee formed by senior faculty members is responsible for the active placement of our students through the "Placement Cell". Besides arranging campus interviews, the Cell constantly monitors placement opportunities and informs students accordingly.

In addition to the process of placement, we have a preceding preparatory stage that enables our students to present themselves well during campus interviews. During this stage, we place a strong emphasis on Personality Development. A critical element of Personality Development is developing self-confidence and self-reliance. We accomplish this by helping our students identify their potential, and then devising a plan of action to realize it. We place great importance on special talents and abilities as well, for we believe in grooming complete individuals.

Additionally, we help our students develop both oral and written Communication Skills, through a process of organizing mock interviews, group discussions and assistance in resume preparation and presentation. Our curriculum also includes several special activities such as seminars and project work.
