If admitted I promise to abide by the Rules & Regulation of
the college and maintain the decorum, decency and discipline
throughout my stay at all times both inside & outside the
college. |

I shall pay the prescribed fees and understand that fees once
paid by me are not refundable under any circumstances. |

I shall attend all the lectures, practical classes and test
regularly and will complete all assignments in time as
expected and demanded from me by the authorities. If I am
short of attendance as per University rules, I fully
understand that I will not be allowed for annual Examination. |
| 4. |
I fully understand that in the event of any incidents
warranting my explanation the decision of the management is
final and totally binding on me. |
| 5. |
I understand that me admission is only provisional basis. I
shall produce all the necessary certificates as required by
the university well in time for early confirmation of my
admission. |

I shall not indulge in any strikes and unwanted activities. |
| 7. |
I shall distribute pamphlets (or) any other printed material
without the permission of the principal. |

I shall always carry Identity Card. It should be produced as
and when demanded. |
| 9. |
I shall not cause any damage to the college property. |
| 10. |
I shall come in prescribed uniform. |
| 11. |
I understand that college has right to add / delete / change
the syllabus / course structure, rules & regulation as and
when required. |
| 12. |
In all disputes regarding the course, the decision of the
director of institute will be final & binding. |
| 13. |
All legal matters or litigation on will be settled in the
court of Agra. |
| 14. |
Student information is displayed on the notice board students
are advised to go through the information Board Carefully in
their own interest. |
| 15. |
Chewing of Tabacco, Pan, Gutka and Smoking is strictly
prohibited and punishable. |
| 16. |
During free period, students should not roam about here and
there, Instead they should utilize the facility of Library and
reading room's. |
| 17. |
Writing obscene remarks in the toilets in punishable. |
| 18. |
Visitors can
meet the students only after taking prior permission from the
principal. |
