The bachelor of technology program is offered to graduates of mationally accredited applied science and engineering technology and health science technology programs. This program provides additional skills that will enhance the professional development of technologists.

The program consists of courses in basic management, technology management, societal context and research analysis, plus a project and a report.

The total package of courses, from both the college/institute diploma and the degree programs, provides graduates with strong technical training, meeting national accreditation standards, coupled with a general background in managerial training.

The bachelor of technology has been developed as a program completely separate from the bachelor of engineering.
